Advance the composed backend pin to b8b8e91 (categorized work-failure presentation restored)

Why: the composition merge resolution lost main's categorized error
presentation for the U3 read path; the fix combines the U3 read decision
with main's categorized failure presentation (both reviewed lines).

Impact: backend gitlink pin.
