Close the account chain UI task card and archive it

Why: the branch merged into main via #586 and acceptance receipts landed
via #588; backfill the record and archive to prevent bookkeeping debt.
Evidence: merges verified via git log --merges against origin/main (GATE: PR #586/#588 CI).
Impact: .task/fix-account-chain-ui.md moved to .task/archive/ with status backfilled; no code or submodule change.
