Record GenUI prod deploy acceptance on the task card

Why: Close T4 with PR links, deploy SHA, and acceptance verdict after
evidence receipts were written.
Evidence: make evidence acceptance + make test SELF receipts on card
Impact: Task card ready for finish/close.
