Pin approved U3 A01 evaluation selector

Why: Record the separate one-time A01 resource authorization and fix the exact Backend revision with its own guarded label and output name.

Evidence: The selector tests failed before the change and passed afterward. Full Backend vet/Go and selected zero-paid live-tag suites, Dev strict pins and build passed; full new-head CI and preflight are required before any paid call.

Impact: Evaluation-only Backend gitlink and task evidence. No provider request, merge or deployment.
