Record existing-store fixture and synchronized lifecycle evidence

Why: Required lifecycle gates must follow the current identity contract.

Evidence: Real binary and temporary PostgreSQL replay, independent
review, and D1 synchronization records in the canonical task card.

Impact: Evidence only; application changes remain the approved recovery
and release collision protection with current main work preserved.
