Align component pins with the merged batch-2 and scratch session Backend

Why: Dev main (#689) pins Backend to the batch-2 branch commit and newer
deps; Backend main fd69932 (Backend#245) now contains both batch-2 and
the scratch session work (Backend#241).

Evidence: Backend#245 CI GATE on 443e7af; deps match Dev main pins.

Impact: modules/backend fd69932; deps/agent-{command,intent,native,squad}
equal Dev main.
