Repin modules/backend to the nested-M5 tip

Why: the backend branch advanced past its nested agent-native bump so
the composed chain carries the M5 preflight end to end.
Evidence: integration transport success (gitlinkb2h-run.json); pins
checks and full make test re-run below.
Impact: one component gitlink.
