Pin agent-native to c348441 alongside the backend dual-speed merge

Why: the backend pin 5714c73 records agent-native c348441 (E1 parallel-tools
kernel); Dev's top-level agent-native gitlink must move with it or test-pins
flags the container/Dev divergence (three-layer pin cascade).
Evidence: check-pins green after the bump (recorded via make test evidence).
Impact: deps/agent-native gitlink 3b92cb6 -> c348441 only.
