Record full validation for approved delivery
Why: bind delivery to the refreshed component combination and preserve applicable review evidence. Evidence: full make test and make build passed; the six reviewed files remain byte-identical after main synchronization. Impact: task metadata only; CI and final integration remain separate gates. Refs: .task/feature-goal-continuity.md; .task/reviews/goal-continuity-delivery.json
