Move the sync checkpoint into the task table

Why: task-sync appends the checkpoint after the results section, and the card keeps those rows in the sync table.
Evidence: The row is the 2026-10-01T15:39:25Z checkpoint for 1bc9954e40.
Impact: No code change.
