Pin the merged WP5 gate-sinking combination

Why: Increment four landed across the chain (native #19/#20, backend
#72, squad #18, backend #73); Dev pins must point at those merged
component main heads.

Evidence: check-pins exit=0; native c9c2f23, squad 7ecc04e and
backend 303983bd are direct merge commits on their component mains.

Impact: Three gitlinks.
