Why: The direct path's default retry only works once every repo builds the same model stream.
Evidence: native 9f5751c, squad 9efce79, backend 93adb93.
Impact: Three gitlinks move. No product UI change.

Why: Dev has to record the native head that treats a cancelled stream as aborted, and the squad and backend checkouts that point at it.
Evidence: GOWORK=off go test -count=50 -race ./runtime/llm/ passed on d84a67c.
Impact: gitlinks only. The earlier make test covered the previous pin.

Why: Dev has to test the split modules and refuse a core import of a sibling library.
Evidence: bash scripts/lint-boundaries.sh printed boundaries ok. Full make test follows on this pin.
Impact: test-libs runs the intent, native, sqlite, and command modules. The sibling allowlist is empty.

Why: native 855fe41 is the first head whose go.sum covers intent's NFKC import, so the later pins have to move with it.
Evidence: native go test of runtime, adapters, and exec passed; squad and backend vet passed on 855fe41 and 31ee395.
Impact: three gitlinks and the task card move. Product code in Dev is unchanged.

Why: Dev must record the intent, native, squad, and backend commits that close this batch so check-pins sees one tree.
Evidence: agent-intent 05e74d8, agent-native 11d1a76, agent-squad 1bb0c3a, and backend a494375 are the feature/agent-stack-r2 heads.
Impact: four gitlinks move and the task card records the batch scope.

Why: Dev must record the commits that contain the hold fixes, the offline pin check, and the CI checkout change.
Evidence: intent 7f7879b06b053f0a62746309b79e0e1b9a00f42d, native 91c155618487e21edeb4f1d3cc27e985aae2b0d2, squad e928ea3c0fa649cbbbad22a93a1bc0a12dee5f7d, backend ef0a1bef0f7bee626e59f160be51fb0e5f6aa692.
Impact: The four gitlinks match the open pull request heads. Other pins are unchanged.

Why: Dev could ship a combination whose nested gitlinks differed from the top-level pins, and make test never ran the three agent libraries.
Evidence: A go.work was measured and not adopted: workspace MVS selected newer golang.org/x crypto, exp, net, term, and text than backend with GOWORK=off. check-pins passes on the new pins and fails when backend's squad pin is 5cbac00.
Impact: make test adds pin checks and GOWORK=off vet/test for intent, native, and squad. make build still compiles inside backend; the pin check requires those gitlinks to match Dev.

Why: Tool calls stayed invisible while arguments streamed, and a failed run hid the only reply inside the collapsed process block.
Evidence: make test in the worktree passed: boundaries, core, backend, frontend vitest 66, ui vitest 79, agent-command. Mock browser check showed the Chinese process summary, the reply outside the fold, a humanized error with 继续执行, and the back-to-bottom button.
Impact: Dev gitlinks move to the feature commits for core, agent-native, backend, ui, and frontend. DESIGN.md §9.6 describes individual tool blocks for exec, write, and delegate.

Why: the direct chat path and both consumers must compile the same agent-native commit, or the new loop fields exist in only one replace target.
Evidence: make test passed (boundaries, core, backend, frontend 51, ui 71, agent-command). The three agent-native gitlinks are a34689c.
Impact: Dev pins deps/agent-native, deps/agent-squad, and modules/backend. Squad behavior stays on the zero-value kernel switches.

Why: Dev has to record the library commits the product now builds against.
Evidence: make test
Impact: runtime.entry stays direct. This commit only moves gitlinks.

Why: The product needs the new content rules and the optional squad entry, while the library pins must match the kernel and router those paths compile against.
Evidence: Backend go test ./... -count=1 passed on 268f4a9. runtime.entry stays direct because no paired live scores exist.
Impact: Dev now points at the quality and squad-entry backend, agent-native cfc840c, and agent-squad d38f838. make eval-deliverables runs the scorecard tests.

Why: the settled direction requires a complete agent kernel (web
search, code tooling, system tools, external tool calls, skills,
prompts) fused with squad orchestration; the three sub-repos landed
their batches and this bumps the gitlinks and records the task card.
Evidence: Agent-Native PR #3 (go vet + go test 15 pkgs ok), Agent-Squad
PR #3 (6 pkgs ok), Backend PR #35 (19 pkgs ok after rebasing onto the
concurrently merged #34); Dev make test all green (core + backend 19 +
frontend vitest 40 + ui vitest 68 + agent-command).
Impact: deps/agent-native -> f9ab2ef, deps/agent-squad -> 9a402e4,
modules/backend -> 87a3d0d; task card filled with per-PR evidence and
remaining-item notes (sandbox honesty, injection surfaces,
progressive enablement, deployment validation pending).
Refs: .task/feature-full-agent-r1.md batches B1-B10.
Why: Dev gitlinks lagged behind merged module mains (backend fa494c3,
frontend b067b57, documents f0361f38, plus deps advances); the integrated
build should track each repo's main.
Evidence: make pin advanced all listed submodules; make test exit 0
(frontend 33/33, ui 37/37, backend go test all ok, agent-command ok).
Impact: gitlink bumps only, no source changes.
Refs: housekeeping after chat-process-split-r1 (PR #79)
Why: Provider repos merged for T1 (core PR#2, agent-command PR#2, frontend
PR#3, ui PR#3, documents PR#9); gitlinks pinned to those mains. The
task-finish guard prevents a repeat of the T0 incident where running
finish from the main checkout deleted it (scripts/task.sh treated $PWD as
the worktree to remove).
Evidence: make test green on the pinned combo — core, backend 13 pkgs,
frontend 9, ui 6, agent-command (vet + tests incl. conformance); make build
produces the binary; combo version string now includes agentcmd SHA.
Impact: combo grows its version traceability; AGENTS.md documents the
worktree-cwd requirement for finish.
Refs: modules/documents docs/records/2026-09-30-t1-core-cards-commands-verification.md
Why: Foundation task T0 of the UI/interaction base (proposal 2026-09-30,
D25-D33): add the new UI component library and command-bus ecosystem repos,
extend build/test/pin orchestration to twelve submodules.
Evidence: make test green on the pinned combo (core + backend 13 pkgs +
frontend 9 + ui 6 tests); make build produces bin/agent-system with combo
version string including ui; make contracts now generates to frontend and ui
with submodules staying clean; renderer/tokens migration verified
CSS-rule-identical (zero behavior change).
Impact: New modules/ui and deps/agent-command gitlinks; frontend consumes ui
via source alias; backend vendors agent-command (replace only, no import
yet); follows provider-first merges (ui PR#1/#2, agent-command PR#1,
documents PR#8, frontend PR#2, backend PR#6).
Refs: modules/documents docs/proposals/2026-09-30-ui-inbox-command-workspace.md
Why: the library now makes precedence, memory tiers, and lesson
mechanization explicit; the composition must pin the revision and register
how its layers map onto the new rules.
Evidence: guidelines PR#3 (ed2af3e) and documents PR#4 (2205138) merged;
make test on this branch per the gitlink rule.
Impact: gitlink advances; adoption registers the hierarchy/memory rows as
manual-with-existing-artifacts. No code change.
Refs: policy/adoption.md; docs/records/2026-09-30-history-migration-sha-map.md
Why: the library now defines requirement-level conformance for tool rules
and hooks (draft.8); the composition's existing gate mechanisms should be
honestly graded against A1-A7 rather than implicitly assumed compliant.
Evidence: matrix rows cite the 19/19 scratch suite negatives, the live data/
dirty-tree interception, and PR records; commit-msg python3 dependency
verified fail-closed by reading the hook's test path.
Impact: docs-only; guidelines gitlink advances to c9ab623 (draft.8); no
workflow or code change.
Refs: Development-Guidelines PR#2 (c9ab623); policy/adoption.md
Why: the nine submodule entry docs and the documents migration record merged
via their own PRs; the parent must pin the new combination and register the
adoption with honest enforcement levels.
Evidence: per-repo PR merges (9x entry-docs PR#1, documents PR#2) verified
via API; make test on this branch follows before merge.
Impact: gitlinks advance to post-migration, gate-adopted mains; policy/
adoption.md registers enforced (local hooks) vs advisory vs manual honestly.
Refs: ef89fc8; Development-Guidelines 0.1.0-draft.7
Why: the task gate workflows reference the new precheck trigger, task-card
template, workspace recycling rule, and history-migration exception, which
only exist as of Development-Guidelines 0.1.0-draft.7 (d9576ed).
Evidence: PR weichen/Development-Guidelines#1 merged into main (d9576ed);
gitlink materialized locally via submodule update.
Impact: consumer repo now pins the draft.7 behavior revision; no code change.
