Why

PG 档下 store 层把布尔列写成 1/0 字面量/整数参数与整数扫描，账号管理、登录、会话标记在 postgres 档全部不可用（42804 / 扫描错误）。10-04 的 user create 由此半失败（空 password_hash、is_admin=f）。

What

bump modules/backend gitlink 至 Agent-System-Backend#64（rebase 后 14aa60b）：写路径绑 Go bool、读路径直接扫 bool（SQLite 0/1 经 driver.Bool 转换，两方言通用）。

Evidence

组合 make test 全绿（exit 0）；task-sync synced。
活体 pg1：修复后 CLI 完成 user reset-password 与 user list（isAdmin=true, mustChangePassword=true, hasPassword=true）。

Impact

Dev 固定指针前进到修复后的 backend；部署后 PG 档登录/账号管理/会话标记恢复。
