Why: DESIGN.md and tokens.css have to change in the same pull request, and the host has to consume the new UI and frontend commits for the sidebar button and font-size setting to exist.
Evidence: contrast-guard and both package test suites passed in the linked commits (UI 103 tests, frontend 81 tests). Dev make test follows before review.
Impact: Text floors, text-grade semantic colors, molv sidebar tokens, xs at 11px, and the local font-size setting are now the written rules. §12.1 records the before/after values. Gitlinks move to the contrast-typography commits.

Why: The task card is the review record, and it still had empty result fields after make test passed.
Evidence: make test exited 0. Frontend 81 tests and UI 103 tests, including contrast-guard. Browser computed styles on the Vite preview confirmed the molv new-task button and the 18px font ramp.
Impact: .task/feature-contrast-typography.md now states the result, the evidence, and the items left out (rem, prefers-contrast, focus ring).
