Why: Field feedback from the dev instance - generated pages were invisible and same-name artifacts piled up; both root causes traced to code and fixed with tests.

Evidence: Task card carries precheck/task-sync/make test receipts (make evidence, SELF; known flakes rerun); CI ci/test on PR HEAD is the authoritative gate. Component PRs merged.

Impact: Component gitlinks + task card; storage semantics untouched.
