WIP：O2 I3——Dev 组合改钉 Agent-Native 2fc66be、Agent-Squad c7121bd、Backend bb9274d（route_contract_eof，默认关闭）。

  • 任务卡：.task/feature-fast-slow-o2-i3-repin.md（任务卡与 PR 描述为同一份文档）
  • 连锁：Agent-Squad #55、Backend #224/#225 已合入；本 PR 仅 gitlink。

Record the task card for feature-fast-slow-o2-i3-repin 440ef96547
