目标：Dev 仓钉住的 modules/backend 子模块从 241e1b3c76bee2dd235ddcbea9fb959f23ec3ee1 推进到 f084d10aa5ea2e4ad2ab4e6eb1268d3e83c6e991（Backend PR #237 合入后的 main）。Backend 端的 Manager.ResolveHITL 已修复其先向 hitlCh 投递答案、后无条件 UpdateRun(running) 把 runner 已写入的 completed/ended_at 覆盖回 running 的竞态。
非目标：不改其他子模块 pin、CI 工作流、Makefile 或 Dev 自身代码；不改 Backend 行为（修复落在 Backend 仓）；不引入新 gitlink 之外的子仓改动。
验收条件：(1)
make test全绿；(2) PR CI 三项必需 GATE（test/test-pg/svc-realcombo）全绿；(3) 完成后 modules/backend 仍由 Dev gitlink 唯一索引，与 Backend main 修复 commit 严格一致。Agent 实施收据
