CF-S（提案 D44/D45）落地：卡片内容流式。backend PR #28（cardsvc.Append 节流、runmgr 三方法+finishRun 兜底、llm.go 三工具门控、mock #cardstream、单测 3 + e2e 1）与 documents PR #28（usage 指南）已合入；本 PR 钉定组合（backend a067d08 / documents f5aa687）并回填任务卡。

验证：模块与组合 make test 均退出码 0（task-sync f65d89e→f96c55df）。下一期 CF-A（artifact 统一）另立卡。
