CF-A（提案 D46/D47）落地：artifact 统一。backend PR #29（ctxasm 回填对称 + 门面卡）与 documents PR #29（usage 指南）已合入；本 PR 钉定组合并回填任务卡。前端零改动（docBridge 已解析 doc-ref，门面卡开箱即用）。

验证：模块与组合 make test 均退出码 0（task-sync 0be23f9a→b8a06cd）。最后一期 CF3（跨会话收件箱）另立卡。
