feature/duplication-lesson-records 任务卡

目标与非目标

  • 目标：boot-config 并行重复交付事故按 documentation.md 经验闭环落成规范状态——经验条目（lesson 模板）、处置与后续项记录（回链 PR#4/#5/#6/#12 完整 SHA）、使用指南 §1.3 反映已上线配置面；documents gitlink 钉入并组合验证。
  • 非目标：不改任何代码；不动 task.sh（认领登记/碰撞雷达属后续提案）；不处置他人任务。

Why: documents PR#7 按经验闭环沉淀了并行重复交付事故（经验条目 + 处置与
后续项记录），并补齐使用指南启动配置节；父仓 gitlink 须固定该版本。

Evidence: documents main 8bc875e（PR#7 merge）；链接与文件已核对存在；
组合验证 make test 见任务卡同步记录。

Impact: 仅 modules/documents gitlink 前进（84b3421→8bc875e）；其余组件
不动；无代码影响。
