weichenandCursor 2f26f8946e Pin documents to the pi and ZCode second-pass review 
Why: The stack proposal and the durable note need the v1.0.1 correction before later batches change code.
Evidence: Documents 847f681 adds the second-pass record, the durable correction, and proposal section 2.4.
Impact: Only the documents gitlink moves. No library or product code.
