Evidence: Dev PR #194 is open; make test already passed after task-sync.

weichenandCursor e1ec73941e Pin the ListTasks archived boolean fix in the backend store 
Why: the default unarchived task list still compared a BOOLEAN column
to the integer literal 0, so GET /api/conversations returned 500 on
the postgres tier after the previous dialect fix.

Evidence: backend PR #65 (8d82408). Before the fix, TestConversationFlagsAndTaskList
on pg1 failed with SQLSTATE 42883; after, go test ./internal/store -count=1
passed on pg1. Dev make test passed on this pin.

Impact: modules/backend gitlink moves to 8d82408. No other surface changes.
