Close the N1 task card（内核 harness 全部六个工作包完成）

N1 的交付链已全部合入 main（增量一~四共 12 个 PR），本 PR 闭合任务卡并归档。

验收两条均 PASS：A/B 对照（wp5_ab_test.go + 性格化套件原样通过，停止原因/提醒次数/工具拒绝与记录的旧行为一致）；插件 AgentSpec 校验（禁带键定位字段/未知键/缺 id）。
证据：各组件仓 CI 在各自 merge 前 success（GATE）；Dev 分支多次 make test exit=0；precheck/task-sync/make test 收据全部入卡。
剩余项（转独立任务，不阻塞 N1 验收）：WP6b 小队成员级门禁/提醒（依赖 adapters 成员级执行信号）、WP6c 直连/子代理改经 adapters 消费（依赖 exec.Request 扩展）。

主任务卡随闭合移入 .task/archive/。

Mark the N1 task card completed for folding eb8719a91b

Why: All six work packages are merged and the acceptance clauses are
verified; the close scan only folds completed cards.

Evidence: twelve PRs merged across the chain; make test exit=0 at
d464d0a9; A/B and plugin-validation tests green.

Impact: Task card only.

Close 1 merged task card(s) and archive them

Details

Why: branches merged into main had left their task cards open; backfill status and archive to prevent bookkeeping debt.
Evidence: feature-agent-stack-n1.md(PR#232) — merges verified via git log --merges against origin/main.
Impact: .task/*.md moved to .task/archive/ with status backfilled; no code or submodule change.
