Pin the merged I1 eval-v2 combination（I1 的最后一段指针链）

I1 任务随此 PR 进入验收/闭合流程。

Pin the merged I1 eval-v2 combination 037c678fae 
Why: The I1 eval increments landed across the chain (intent #8,
squad #21/#22, native #22, backend #77/#78); Dev pins must point at
those merged component main heads.

Evidence: check-pins exit=0 after full matrix propagation.
