Why: branches merged into main had left their task cards open; backfill status and archive to prevent bookkeeping debt.
Evidence: feature-agent-stack-i1.md(PR#235) — merges verified via git log --merges against origin/main.
Impact: .task/*.md moved to .task/archive/ with status backfilled; no code or submodule change.

weichen c5a2037571 Mark the I1 task card completed for folding 
Why: All six work packages are merged and all four acceptance
clauses are verified; the close scan only folds completed cards.

Evidence: sixteen PRs merged across the chain; make test exit=0 at
8865beb9; both eval suites green.

Impact: Task card only.
