Pin the merged SQLite convergence（Q1 增量四的 Dev 指针推进）

Q1 任务随此 PR 进入验收/闭合流程。

  • deps/agent-squad → eba77e78（Agent-Squad PR #26：SQLiteStore、单库挂载、X6、端口导出）
  • modules/backend → 32611351（Backend PR #82：嵌套级联）

Pin the merged SQLite convergence 516cdf624c 
Why: Agent-Squad PR #26 and Backend PR #82 landed; Dev pins must
point at those merged component main heads.

Evidence: check-pins exit=0.

Impact: Two gitlinks.
