Dev gitlink bump: modules/backend → 9fa1787 (Backend #113) — base implementation of EXT-13 + EXT-15 (P0 pair for RDM G1):
In-run shared retrieval (runCtx.Retrieve for knowledge_search/@knowledge, and in-proc Host.KnowledgeSearch via hostcaps.search) now consults the same EXT-8 adapter slot as the HTTP search face (mgr.SetSharedKnowledgeAllow wired from the shared slot).
GET /api/projects appends adapter-authorized shared projects (shared: true, deduped); POST /api/projects/{id}/conversations falls back to CreateConversationInProject when the adapter authorizes the member. Revocation is immediate; no adapter = unchanged.
Backend #113 CI success (rerun green after an unrelated TestToolCallDeltaBeforeExecution ordering flake — passes 8/8 locally; full suite 32/32). Dev make test exit 0 at the pushed head (95 ok; evidence in the task card). CI on this PR is the GATE.
