Why

用户判定现有界面设计不足（创建入口分裂：左上 ✚ 建项目 / 左下「＋新会话」；项目树浏览繁琐；无用户登录/鉴权/租户界面），要求研究 zai-org/ZCode 桌面端设计后给出方案与 HTML demo。本 PR 交付方案（非实施）。

改动

modules/documents → e601b25：设计提案 2026-09-30-ui-redesign-and-auth.md + ui-redesign-demos/（index / A 任务中心 / B 活动栏 / C 项目门户 / 认证与租户，共 5 个静态 demo，明暗双主题）
.task/feature-ui-redesign-proposals.md：任务卡回填

方案摘要

A 任务中心（推荐）：新建任务唯一主入口置顶（⌘N + 次级菜单）；项目/时间线/归档为列表视图模式；置顶区；侧栏 Footer 账户区（多租户切换）。ZCode 同构，兼容 D25/D26/D31。
B 活动栏：图标轨 + 上下文列表，扩展性最好但创建是二级动作。
C 项目门户：项目首页卡片网格，总览最好但破坏对话-first。
认证阶段 2：orgs/memberships（OWNER/ADMIN/MEMBER）+ 邮箱密码 + 服务端会话 cookie（顺带消除 SSE ?key= URL 传钥泄露）；API key 保留；D17 阶段 1 平滑迁移。

Evidence

precheck READY；make test 全量通过（退出码 0）后推进 gitlink
demo 无头验证：DOM 布局断言、截断/对比度 QA、零控制台错误、明暗主题渲染

Impact

纯文档与 gitlink，无代码变更。合入顺序：先合 Documents PR #14，再合本 PR。 剩余项：用户裁定方向（默认 A）→ 另立实施提案（R1–R4 路线见提案 §6）。

Why: the UI redesign proposal and demos live in the Documents repo; the
Dev repo advances only the submodule pointer and the task record.

Evidence:
- modules/documents -> e601b25 (proposal + 5 HTML demos; verified headless,
  see that commit); make test full suite passed before advancing the
  gitlink (core+backend+frontend+deps, exit 0).
- Task card filled with outcome, verification, and the pending user
  decision (direction A/B/C, auth stage-2 scope).

Impact: gitlink + .task only; no code change. Documents PR #14 carries
the content; merge order: Documents PR first, then this PR.
