主记录（Documents #53，merge 0f6d697）：docs/proposals/2026-10-10-agent-delegation-routing-sandbox.md——委派 D1–D5、角色路由 R1–R4、任务沙箱 L0–L2（仅记录）、分期 E1–E5/S0；现网缺陷 F1–F5 全部定位到源码/实测。

本 PR：documents gitlink 3e43193→0f6d697 + 任务卡（含 SELF 收据：沙箱延迟基准、模型端点探针、make test、task-sync）。无产品代码改动；实施增量待授权。

Record the task card for feature-agent-exec-routing-sandbox-plan 22e21c318d

Record the delegation/routing/sandbox plan and pin documents 1aac9b5faa 
Why: The proposal 2026-10-10-agent-delegation-routing-sandbox.md merged
into Documents main (#53) and needs a Dev-side pin plus its task card so
the research, the F1-F5 defect findings, and the E1-E5/S0 increment plan
have a tracked record with evidence receipts.

Evidence: Task card feature-agent-exec-routing-sandbox-plan carries five
SELF receipts (sandbox latency benchmarks, model-endpoint probes) and the
make-test/task-sync runs are appended before the PR; Documents #53 merged
at 0f6d697.

Impact: Gitlink-only bump for modules/documents (3e43193 -> 0f6d697) plus
the task card; no product code changes.
