Why: 实测 run_b520bf2e3037 及所有同源验证运行的最终回复被内部过程文本顶掉——正式总结折叠进过程时间线，可见答复只剩修正流水账+同源跳过提示（2026-10-10 用户实测问题 1）。

改动（Dev 侧 pin d2bb936→c6912b6 + 任务卡）：

Backend #126：stop() 事实核查分支补 demoteLastText 并要求修正后重给完整最终答复；验证器不可用（同源跳过=通过态/真失败=未通过态）与续写封顶均改为过程区检查行，不再作为 Notice 正文。

Evidence（任务卡全量）：

GATE：Backend PR #126 ci/vet-and-test success；make test EXIT=0（95 ok）；
真实模型前后对照（MiniMax 同任务）：BEFORE 可见回复=修正流水账+同源提示；AFTER 可见文本仅 1 段完整总结（含修正说明/交付物/结构表），notice 不在正文、检查行在过程区；
go test ./... 32 包全绿，新增回归测试 2 条 + 契约更新 3 条。
