Docs + pins only. Plan r1 approved by the user on 2026-10-11 (instruction: start the transformation per the plan).

  • documents PR #59: proposal r1, index entry, static review record, SELF audit receipt.
  • Dev: pin documents 95e5c9d3, PROJECT.md entry, task card with authorization record, stage-review verdicts, precheck/task-sync/make-test evidence (evidence tool, SELF).
  • Implementation starts with U1+U2 in a follow-up task per plan section 5.
