weichen fc6be95e03 Pin the U2 component set: core surface contract, backend store, mirrors 
Why: The U2 increment landed across four component repos (Core #25
Surface contract types and validation; Backend #143 surface store,
activation guard, EXT-17 SurfaceHost, direct API; UI #40 and Frontend
#51 id/source contract mirrors); Dev pins the combined set for the
authoritative make test/build gate.

Evidence: Component PRs merged (core 452daf3, backend d795143, ui
5b03b8f, frontend a26d7c5); combined verification receipts follow in
this branch via make evidence.

Impact: Gitlink pins only in this commit; task-card updates follow.
