任务卡收尾记录（#342 已合入 452f00e 后补记）：合入/合入核验评审行、合入记录（CI GATE 于 head 1b5e372 双作业 success）、状态改已合入。

Why: PR 合并竞态期间任务卡在分支上继续记录合入结果，需随门禁回到 main 才能完成 task-finish。
Evidence: 仅 .task/feature-svc-db-config-recover.md 文档变更；CI 于本 PR head 复跑。
Impact: 无代码变更。

Merge authoritative main into the task branch d3a953c9bf 
Why: include the current integration baseline before verification.
