归档任务卡补记：#347 归档时回填了合入核验，但合入记录/清理记录两行与合入阶段评审行仍是占位。本 PR 把 PR #342 的真实合入记录（merge 452f00e、CI GATE 于 head 1b5e372 双作业 success、五段 SELF 证据）与清理处置（构建产物删除、ec0dd4e 并入归档不再并入分支、#346 关闭）回填进 .task/archive/feature-svc-db-config-recover.md。

Why: 永久记录一致性（AGENTS.md 任务卡闭合防欠账）。
Evidence: 仅归档卡文档变更；CI 于本 PR head 复跑。
Impact: 无代码变更。
Refs: PR #342 / #346（关闭）/ #347。

Why: the card-close flow (#347) archived the card from the merged PR head and
backfilled the merge verification, but the merge/cleanup record lines and the
merge-stage review rows stayed NOT_RUN/未评审 placeholders; the detailed
records existed only on a post-merge branch commit that became redundant
after archiving (PR #346 closed).
Evidence: docs-only change to the archived task card; CI runs on this PR head.
Impact: .task/archive/feature-svc-db-config-recover.md only.
Refs: PR #342 (merge 452f00e); PR #347 (archive); PR #346 (closed, superseded).
