Product fixes found by the run: (1) buildWorkspaceEntries never ranked the rdm-audit builtin so the workspace was unreachable; (2) the docs tree is two-level (parent= yields sections) but the workspace only fetched level one — tree showed bare docs, doc clicks hit an unsupported inspect kind, trace tab always empty.
Seeding CLI is built from the RDM-pinned backend so the store schema matches the binary under test.

Why: U4 acceptance needs a reproducible real-browser run: build the

Why: git submodule clone over the flaky Gitea SSH endpoint hangs the whole run; local archive + pinned-checkout snapshot removes the network dependency and cuts the build stage to seconds.
