Summary

Increment 1 (RDM combo integration): pin matrix + candidate-then-cutover runbook in docs/svc.md §5.4.1.
RDM pins raised and merged in Agent-System-RDM #250 (310c3fe: frontend cc233fe, backend 5e8ada7, core 89f3906, ui bfecf8b).
Local ops (not in git): dev cut over to rdm@310c3fe after candidate rdmcand shared-data verification (R1–R5). Rollback: scripts/svc.sh dev deploy --from dev@4bf6e4a. Backup: runtime-backups/dev/20261012T065037Z.

Test plan

RDM make test on pin bump branch
Candidate + cutover R1–R5 (login/projects/data/rdmAuditReady/capabilities) — SELF receipts in task card
FE preview: audit entry visible against :8788
make test on synced Dev branch HEAD
Human review of runbook + local login (owner password was reset via recover key during verification)

entry needs a pinned RDM combo and a candidate-then-cutover runbook.
Evidence: RDM #250 (310c3fe) pins to Dev main; candidate+cutover R1–R5
SELF receipts imported; FE preview showed audit entry on :8788.
Impact: docs/svc.md §5.4.1; local runtime/dev is rdm@310c3fe (ops, not
in git). Owner password was reset via recover key during verification.
