Summary

  • Add help accounts (aliases user/account) listing six instance-bound account CLI commands with OpenExisting / no-default-data contract.
  • Document the topic in docs/svc.md; regression tests/test_svc_user_help.py (T5-1, no side effects).
  • Pin modules/documents to Documents #87 tip (svc account durability r2 / recovery r3).

  • Merge Documents #87 before or with this pin

Why: first mergeable slice of account durability (discoverability); Backend U7 / recovery U8 deferred.
