目标

防再发收尾：管理员建号路径纳入组合验收线。backend 8dfc223 契约变更曾致 UI 建号部署后 400，而单测/mock 均不覆盖该组合路径。

变更

• scripts/e2e.sh：主阶段 playwright 纳入 e2e/admin-user-create.playwright.ts（frontend PR weichen/Agent-System-Frontend#97；断言请求体严格 {owner,profile:{name}}、待初始化提示逐字、行状态未设密码、CLI 发放指引、随机后缀防 409）
• modules/frontend pin → 119fff9（候选，#97 合入后校准为 merge SHA）
• 任务卡 fix-admin-create-e2e-guard：路由收据（含一次 fail-stop 与一次缺陷 transport 回滚）+ 部署环境浏览器实测与 spec 运行证据

验证

• bash scripts/e2e.sh 全量 PASS：主阶段 6 用例（含建号场景）+ plain-base 阶段 2 用例（SELF，任务卡 evidence；sync 仅带卡片变更，组合输入未变）
• GATE：本 PR HEAD 组合 CI
