[WIP] L1 initiative：单一应用二进制与容器化数据库、知识库存储改造

  • 方案与实施计划：docs/superpowers/plans/2026-10-22-container-storage-plan.md（2026-10-22 审阅快照）
  • 章程：.task/feature-container-storage-plan.md（目标与非目标、测试策略、验收条件、领域规则）
  • 目标：一个完整应用服务二进制 + 两个 PG 容器（基座/RDM）+ 知识库 pgvector 容器 + 外置持久文件；prod/test/verify 独立环境；可验证的完整备份恢复与克隆隔离。
