Why: scripts/e2e.sh snapshots only pins/agent-system-backend into the ephemeral RDM build tree, but RDM origin/main's go.mod now replaces the full pin set (agent-document-renderer, agent-squad, ...) — the e2e browser matrix build has been failing since increment C with missing pin modules.
Change: snapshot all of pins/ (excluding .git) instead of the single pin; comment updated to match.
Evidence: unit e2e-pins-snapshot-all (cursor, transport ec899648); bash -n ok. The real validation is the e2e run driven from this branch.
