Update plan entry points and archive current verification
Why: The project and proposal indexes still said no U2/U3 implementation or experiment existed. Evidence: Current combination, full PG backend, two HTTP browser cases and independent code review are linked with their actual statuses. Impact: Documentation only; real-model acceptance is explicitly failed and no release is claimed. Refs: Approved U2/U3 task card and validation report
