执行规划索引待澄清项「RDM 历史快照」的复核（上一任务「下一步建议」的延续）。

RDM 总案：§2 标注为 2026-10-07 历史快照；新增 §2.3 现状复核（对象 RDM main 4feb2f0，pins=v0.1.0）：§2.1/§2.2 逐行复核（三行失效、两行维持）、MS1 七条验收核对（2 满足/2 部分/1 阻塞/1 口径不成立/1 未满足→不可签收）、六项新缺口登记（对话入口不可达插件命令、/api/chat 端点错误、INV-2 未实现、准确率测度无效、RDM 无 CI、22 卡占位）。
INDEX：RDM 里程碑表五行核验边界更新；来源缺口段标记已关闭（further-objective 01–13 已权威迁入 RDM 仓）；待澄清表 RDM 历史快照行标记已处理；新增「RDM 双主记录关系」（RDM 10 号=执行总案 / 本仓总案=基座侧消费记录）与「RDM 无 CI」两行。
收据：docs/records/2026-10-08-rdm-status-*.json（7 份，全部 SELF；纪要原件收据按裁定留本地，仅哈希与指标入 summary）。

Evidence: 隔离克隆重放 make test exit 0、-ms1 PASS（金标同源限制已记录）、ms0-acceptance PASS=9/SKIP=0（一次性 PG 容器）、5 件上传探针、入口探针 400/200 对照。

Backfill the RDM baseline review and MS1 acceptance audit cafd10b44b

Why: The RDM plan's 2026-10-07 snapshot (downstream at zero, N1 in
flight, O1/O3/O7 blocked) was contradicted by the RDM repo's 103 merged
PRs; the planning index registered this as an open reconciliation item
and named it the preferred follow-up to the stage-record task.

Evidence: isolated clone replay at RDM 4feb2f0 (pins=v0.1.0) - make
test exit 0, -ms1 PASS (same-source gold caveat recorded), ms0
acceptance PASS=9/SKIP=0 on a disposable postgres container, five
upload probes, and entrance probes (chat 400 vs commands 200); card/
PR snapshot JSON; all receipts SELF (RDM has no CI), stored under
docs/records/2026-10-08-rdm-status-*.json. The private minutes probe
receipt stays local by decision; only hashes and metrics are recorded.

Impact: adds plan SS2.3 (row-by-row re-verdict, MS1 seven-clause audit,
six registered gaps), marks SS2 as a historical snapshot, updates the
index milestone table and closes the RDM-snapshot open item, registers
the dual-main-record ruling and the missing-CI gap.
