src/contracts.ts 由 make contracts 从 Core 权威全量重生成，PR #63 手加的 AdminZoneSection 会在每次同步时被删除（Dev 组合测试当场抓到脏树）。本 PR 把类型移到 api.ts（backend 专属端点类型的既有先例：本地定义），contracts.ts 恢复为纯镜像，store/AdminZone 导入随之更新。

Evidence: vitest 101/101、tsc 干净、knip 42≤43；Dev 组合 CI 为权威。

Move AdminZoneSection out of the generated contracts mirror fac99939fa

Why: src/contracts.ts is fully regenerated from Core by make contracts;
the hand-added interface there is deleted on every sync (surfaced as a
dirty tree in the Dev composite test run).
Evidence: npx vitest run 101/101, tsc --noEmit clean, knip 42 <= 43;
Dev composite CI is authoritative.
Impact: AdminZoneSection now lives in api.ts (backend-only endpoint
type, matching existing local-type precedent); contracts.ts restored to
the generated mirror; imports updated in store and AdminZone.
