实现文档驾驶舱 I3（消费 RDM #412/#420 的 node+versions 与面板命令）：

阅读器：连续正文按树顺序装配（每节状态行/受限占位不冒充空内容）；章节阅读含版本块（当前+前一版摘要、完整差异行级标记折叠，来自 RDM #420 版本链投影，content 与正文同门控）。
右侧依据面板：来源/修改历史/影响对象/冲突与风险四标签（同一选中节点；计数、截断、受限来源/冲突侧脱敏呈现）；历史加载更多经严格 seq 合并（乱序/重复丢弃），刷新原位不抢占滚动。
全景↔阅读器：共享 selectedNodeRef，「在阅读器中打开」与视图切换按钮；个人视图偏好（视图/密度/右栏标签）按登录世代+项目本地持久化（仅偏好，不构成授权）。
纯逻辑层 10 个新测试（偏好校验、版本摘要/差异标记、严格合并丢弃、阅读器三分态装配）；vitest 324/324、tsc、vite build 绿；样式仅消费令牌（无新增裸色/私有动画/行内字号）。

本仓无自有 CI：GATE 由 RDM 组合构建与 Dev 组合 CI 承接（pin 级联随后）。

Add cockpit reader view and evidence panel (I3) 86770e35fb

Why: implement the reviewed I3 increment - continuous body reading with
per-section status lines, version summary with collapsed line-diff (backend
versions projection from RDM PR #420), right evidence panel with
sources/history/impacts/conflicts tabs, panorama-reader positioning on the
shared selection, per user+project view preferences (panorama/reader,
density, panel tab), strict-seq history merging and honest restricted states.

Evidence: 10 new pure-logic tests (prefs validation, version summary and
diff marks, strict history merge drops, reader assembly three-state); vitest
324/324 green; tsc and vite build green; tokens-only styles.

Impact: cockpit-only; no fourth column, no standalone graph (relations stay
in the right panel); reader entry is explicit (panorama button / view toggle).
