weichen b329de3bf5 Add cardflow deltas on fresh main: CardAnchor routing, D32 locate, card contract field

Why: main（含任务1 PR #18 的 parts 模型与增强版 CF0）之上补齐卡流增量：cardId→CardAnchor 锚点路由、卡→消息定位（locateMessage + data-msg-id）、Part.card.cardId 契约镜像。
Evidence: tsc 0 错误；vitest 33/33（main 的 messageparts 等测试全过）。
Impact: Conversation/Workbench/store/contracts 四文件；CF0 与过程折叠采用 main 增强版不回退。
Refs: Dev 任务卡 feature/cardflow-r1。

Agent-System-Frontend

对话系统前端：React 19 + Vite + TypeScript 三栏工作台（项目会话 / 流式对话 / 计划与工件面板），含 HITL 卡片、sub-agent 追踪弹窗与 schema 驱动渲染；渲染协议由 agent-system-core 定义。

契约与架构见 Agent-System-Documents 设计方案与架构文档；开发规范见 development-guidelines（Dev 仓 development/guidelines）。本仓为 Agent-System 多仓组合的组成部分。
