fix(web): escape HTML in chat markdown rendering
Prevent self-XSS when chat bubbles render user/LLM markdown via dangerouslySetInnerHTML by escaping raw HTML after math/code extraction and sanitizing link href schemes. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
