+## 一、 测试背景 (Background)
+
+notify 与 workflow_advance 已接到独立 worker。本波把 `document.agent_version_committed` 的 projection 做成幂等 **只前进不回退** 的 head 指针应用，并用 `event_projection_outcomes` 保证每个 envelope / 每个 (doc, version) 只有一个可见结果。生产集群 projection 保持 **off**；HTTP 进程仍由提交 UoW 写 head。
