weichen 77c602c8f4 fix(agentctl): resume integrate prepare from clean expected tip 
After abort, allow a clean worktree parked on expected-dev to continue merge instead of BASE_CHANGED.

weichen 36793a4ea5 fix(tooling): emit NDJSON MCP responses for agentctl and jev 
Cursor IDE loads pi-subagents (NDJSON) but not agentctl/jev which replied
with Content-Length framing. Align send() and mark type=stdio in mcp.json.

IDE postToolUse reports tool_name as MCP:pi_subagent_*; without stripping,
guard-pi-dispatch skipped shape checks. Confirmed via live pi_subagent_roles.
