# dev 生产就绪复验、阻塞整改与 dev→test 晋升
|

## 用户目标与授权

- 用户原话（2026-09-22）：确认 production ready、整改阻塞、合并入 test 并确保可用。

- 计划 8 步全部执行；授权 push `test` 与 rc tag；禁止晋升 main、删旧 Volumes、动共享 KB。
