晋升 user-profile-display 至 test

用户目标与授权

• 用户目标：将已在 local dev 验收的用户目录/资料编辑能力晋升到 test，修复「用户 N」显示。
• 授权来源：用户明确「晋升」（dev→test；含按先例 push origin/dev/origin/test/rc tag）。
• 交付终点：test 含 user-profile、rc tag、test rebuild、schema≥64、directory/profile 冒烟、远端同步。
• 禁止：不晋升 main；不删 Volumes；不碰共享 KB。

结果

• local/origin test@e217929c + rc-v1.1.0-beta.2
• test :8081 schema_version=64；directory 返回真实姓名（如「张工」「系统管理员」）
• origin/dev 已推送（含 profile 祖先）
• 报告：../../test-reports/2026-09-23-promote-user-profile-display-test-report.md

3. test 合入含 profile tip（并行 promote-intent 先落地；本任务打 rc tag）

5. push origin/dev + origin/test + rc tag
6. 收口文档

验收标准

• test 含 user-profile-display 祖先
• :8081 health schema_version≥64
• GET /api/v1/users/directory 对登录用户可用
• remote_sync 完成
